Leadership today requires a high level of responsibility, tackling challenges on a dime, and can be very lonely but there hasn't been a community or formal leadership training for leaders in travel to tap into. 
The Travel A.L.L.I.E.S. Society was created to meet these needs.  By building a strong network of dedicated leaders who support each other, provide leadership training, and hold strategic conversations, you can evolve your leadership!
